someone trapped me in a nether portal cant get out HELP

Can someone help me get out of a nether portal in creative. Someone blocked me in and i dont know how to get out. I am not added to their creative plot so I cant break the blocks.

it is my daughter who is trapped she is pretty upset so i told her i would see what i could do so with my searching i was brought here hoping to get help for her to get out. her user name is ryfish1234
She said they were having a skin comp so she went and then she was locked in and this person posted that she better watch before going in a skin comp again or somehting along those lines
