Invalid Saturation

• Explain what is the bug and how you repeat it: Saturation goes way faster than it usually is. I don't have a video but an example, I eat a steak and after i travelled 15 blocks i was already down 1 hunger bar. If this isn't a bug it should sure be a suggestion, so that the saturation needs to be pre-longed, this defo can't be vanilla.

That's exactly as in normal Survival Games...
To be specific, here are the exact saturation stats: (Vanillia hard difficulty)
- walk-exhaustion: 0.2
- sprint-exhaustion: 0.8
- combat-exhaustion: 0.3
- regen-exhaustion: 3.0
