Fixed Jigsaw.... 2 Many Bugs

Also can someone tp me back to 21 so I can have that checkpoint ;-; There's no bugs besides 12 and 16
EDIT: I did have 21. But lost it when racing. I would have it back but the bugs stop me from doing it.

Randomly. This one has been around for a while. It randomly kills you when you don't get healed (It's also very rare)
