In Hitman, there are many games I have tried to join that either start right as I join, so I don't get to choose a kit; or that start right before I join, leaving me a spectator. I would suggest making it so that during the last ten seconds before the game starts, nobody can join the game. (Similar to the "warmup" stage in SG).
I might also suggest adding an option to set your default kit. I would suggest that a user pay 25-50 coins to set a kit that is automatically selected when they join the lobbies. This would be the kit they are given unless they choose a different one.
