Another question since I have no idea what mockingjays can do, can't mockingjays make other people's heads? And how, because someone said it was /skull (username) but that didnt work and the only other way i know how to make them is with command blocks

SAFollis not at all your falt but I don't know why everyone never says that applies to world edit. Select a block (left and right click with wood axe and type the corresponding command.)

We just added /skull <username> as a new PeaceKeeper+ perk! So that's easier to do than world edit!
