Fixed Fancy Parkour Speed Boost Not Working

It doesn't work... Someone was shooting the paintballs at it and the command blocks became wool, went back to command blocks but didn't reset the NBT Data Tags.

fixed! Also, Paint Gun is now temporarily disabled for breaking command blocks content, it'll be back soon. Thanks for the report!
