Kit PvP DemoMan - buff

The new kit is amazing and I love it, but damage wise its kinda weak hence it being very cheap. If this class were to have a potion buff such as Speed 2 it would be so much better, and if you were to add the buff I would suggest raising the class price by 200-400 coins. Demoman in TF 2 (Where the name comes from), is a defense type, it would kinda make sense to add Speed to this. (Alternate interpretations)

There are too many expensive kits already so I decided to make this as a semi-weak cheap kit available for everyone easily. If I buff it it wouldn't make sense as it would be as expensive as the others...
