headshop

So i was looking through the forums and every single question like this was answered with: "use the command //set skull; <NAME>" but i have tried that and it says "You are not permitted to do that. Are you in the right mode?" and i have no clue what to do. So my question is, how can i get player...

The glitch was that when i was playing on creative,working at a headshop,i was going through the trapdoor, suddenly,when i closed it,i got stuck in between it,but i can move around,i can go outside of it still,but you really need to fix that.
