I think that when someone breaks the rules temp or perm ip ban them so you dont have to worry about alternates.

I think you should make what a ban dispute and player report should not look like at the top of the page or ban disputes and player reports so that way people know not to do, even though they might not look at it, i still feel the need to have it there.
