I'm confused. Are those mods that I mentioned allowed. Like MCcapes and Rei's Minimap, they don't give a big advantage.

Ya I think people should play OITC more because it is a fun game! I have seen VIPs get better kits on other servers and it does spark interest. The different kits can still have some balance for strategy. If you have a better bow your sword won't be as good and if you have a good sword your bow...

In One In The Chamber everyone has an equal chance to win. VIPs donate to the server but get no advantages. I think they should get slight advantages. I think it would be great to give VIPs slight bonuses but not too much. Thx for reading! :D

Some mini-games you might want to consider are Battle-dome, TNT Run, The Bridges, Turf Wars and Dragon Escape. Cops 'n' Robbers and Skyblock sound like fun. I just wanted to recommend these other ones because they are fun mini-games that people would really enjoy. Thx for reading. :)
