I was on the Redstone level of calendar parkour and I got stuck in a gold block. I am unable to get out. I wasn't kicked for flying, but whenever I logged into parkour, I would be in the block and it would send me back to hub or it would say "You are sending too many packets."

One day I was just playing calendar parkour then I got in a block and when I join the game later that day it kicked me and this keeps happening. I am unable to get out. I also have a rank on the server and parkour is my favorite game mode. It was on the redstone checkpoint. Please respond asap...
