No RiceMaster2000 it's not like they got the lower rank. They just WON a lower rank, but they're already higher than that so why waste the rank? The next person on the list should get it.

As some of you know recently I won the [Member] rank for voting. I got second place and ajltica101 got first. I don't think it is really fair that they waste the rank if they get top votes.
