Why Speak French Is Forbidden ?

I speak French (I spoke French to see if other players could speak French)
and amycrazy5 (Helper) told me not to speak french, he's right?

Since a majority of our staff do not understand French, Swedish, or any other language it's not allowed. Although, Spanish & English are allowed. I'm not sure how you can communicate though if you don't speak English :/
