i know, its misleading, that's one of the main reasons i even bought a rank.
The sign is Right. It says that spectating is for VIPS and it is. There is No rank called "VIP". It doesn't says FOR WHICH VIP RANK THE BONUS IS, Nevertheless it says (VIPS) which means that THAT PERK IS INCLUDED IN A VIP RANK.
