What Should I Do!

I was playing on survival games when I jumped on top of the thing with the signs and it kept saying "you are not aloud to be here" (or somthing like that) and I couldn't move away or teleport to somthing else (parkour jigsaw etc.) I should have done /hub but at the time I didnt think about that so at banned me for spamming commands! Please tell me how long I will be banned or if you can fix it. My username is _CrazyPony_ thanks :/
