What does your desktop look like?

My desktop looks like this, my taskbar autohides and I don't show icons. I also have two monitors, so if I'm not using both on my smaller monitor I just have this showing up:

My desktop only has up to 20 folders when I back up and organize my pictures how do you even find anything like that

Press key for the first letter of the program you want to find.
