What are the forums ranks?

I'm curious what the different ranks on forums are (i.e. New Member, Member, Active Member), what you have to do to get them, and if they give you any perks like the ability to post Important threads.
Also, what does the YouTuber rank give you?

They are completley based on the amount of posts you've made.
And you tuber rank is in game only and gives you all Mockingjay perks + ALL mounts, gadgets and pets. The requirements are 5000 active subs and a video of the server with the ip in description

He has 1000 subs and hasn't uploaded in 1 month unless he doesn't has his rank anymore...
