There is a chance that you're voting to early but if all it is is the captcha then your best bet would to just probably keep refreshing the page until it works, hope my post helped

I never vote on happy-hg.com/vote , my computer isn't that good so it lags a lot and I can't vote, so instead I click on "If it doesn't work click here" so I go to the actual websites and vote, maybe try that?
