Fixed Tracker

The tracker is inaccurate. In the first 7 seconds of the video you see it pointing away from the tree with the ladder on. After i died, I spectated him and he was hiding inside that tree; but the tracker was pointing me to the fountain.

You must hold the tracker in your hand for it to work, but don't worry I'll make it so it works even if you don't have it.
