Fixed stop spam bug

I was playing mob arena and i was clicking the signs a bit to get into a game. There was 1 in progress and no one in the others then when I clicked to spectate, it kicked me and said that I was temporarily banned to mobarena.

This Happened because You spammed the Join Signs. However, don't worry because I'll increase the anti-sign-spam attempts before kicking and remove the annoying mini ban
