Sponsor Rank not showing and No email received

Hi,

I purchased Sponsor Rank today and received confirmation of payment via Paypal but didn't get an email confirming activation, and my rank hasn't changed on the server. What do I need to do now?

Sometimes it can take a little bit of time to process, but if your account has been charged it should have changed on the server.
So please send the confirmation to Zainos and he will fix it sometimes there can be a slight misspelling or something that can mess it up
