Survival Games Spectator's Texts Are Seen By In Game Players

Noooooooooooooo. This should and never will be added. Having players be able to see specs chat is a very bad idea. They could cheat and lead them to chests/players. Also it would just get annoying to have the specs just randomly talking because thats honestly what they do.
