Should I start a speed-art channel ?

I made this today and I'm decent in drawing on paper but on the computer not so much... if I were to start a speed-art channel I would most likely invest in a drawing tablet/ pen. I made this picture with a mouse, but I am seriously thinking about starting this idea.. I need some honest advice.

Is this picture good for a beginner

It's good that your thinking about a graphics tablet. They're really smooth in use. Also, once you have that I recommend Paint Tool Sai. Even if it's just the demo.
