Server is down?

As of today, early this morning; I noticed there seems to be the situation that mc.Happy-HG.com is down, what could have happened? When is it estimated to be back up? Just some questions I asked. Would be great to know.

o... Strange.. I quite frankly do not know myself, I have an idea what the issue may be, but I wont say it without sufficient evidence, and I did MSG Zainos about this (might take A LONG TIME till he'll see it/respond, but worth a shot) hopefully it should be back up soon..

My theory is, Zainos hasn't payed his monthly server prices. If he hasn't payed it the server goes down, down, and down
