Render distance in skyblock?

The server render distance in skyblock doesn't happen to be 4 does it...

because for some reason chunks farther than 4 chunks away (including one I'm in) disappear...

and zombie pigmen just don't like spawning in my pigman farm, unless I go up the ladder really slowly... and even then only one spawns.

It is 4, otherwise it would lag A LOT. I'll see if the performance is still going smoothly as it's been going since I updated the server, I may increase it. But you can still benefit from your farm if you know how to position yourself c:

Maybe apply the lowest OptiFine settings to everyone? Idk just something I thought of
