Yes i have read the rules i just need some clarification.

Am i able to report someone for key drag cuz idrk

Example: hiiiiiiiiiiiiii kidzzzzzzzz

Spamming, of any type, is not allowed. What we consider as spam is:

  • Repeating similar messages multiple times (even if it’s slightly modified every time)
  • Sending more than 3 messages in a 3 seconds period
  • Sending garbage messages (Ex: ttttttttttttt; !!!!!!!!!!; sdasdhasdkajshd)
  • Abusing CAPS, this means that you can’t use caps for more than 30% of your message
  • We considering encouraging spam as sending messages encouraging people to spam the chat (Ex: “Say 123 if you are playing Minecraft”).
I'd say it's similar to what I bolded
