Question About Hosting

I was just curious who you're hosting company was, I started a server with Copper and I was going to upgrade my plan to host for 45 people and they haven't responded to me. I submitted it Thursday, I've been patient but we are trying to add Survival Games, and we don't have enough memory/CPU to do so. If someone could help me out, I'd greatly appreciate it, thank you c:

We actually switched hosting companies to MCProHosting because we are trying to get this up and running and copper was a little frustrating on my team and I. Thank you for trying to help me

Our only issue now is that we cannot figure out how to take the world folder from the last server and put it in the new server.
