Creative Potions and effects

Every time I place a brewing stand, I reach to get a potion, but what happens, it disappears into nothing, so I think that you should be able to place potions in your inventory hotbar/space, without it disappearing, and also allow it to be placed in a brewing stand. I also think that potions should be drinkable so you can get pot effects, but maybe not splash potions/lingering potions. Or if not drinking maybe a command like /speed <amount> <time>. If not drinkable then can you please make them placeable in a brewing stand?

I think that if Career+ had access to /effect it would be nice.

Allowed effects could include speed and jump boost. Perhaps include a limit as to how high the effect value can go
