Player Report Problem

So I noticed that when I report someone a staff replies "Muted, thanks for the report" but most of the people still type in the chat. Is it a temporary mute or something??

Yes, it's a temporary mute. If you report someone for profanity, the 1st mute is one day, second mute is 7 days and the 3rd is 15 days. The 4th a perm
