Petition to move Top Pvpers [POLL]

The Top PvPers is really annoying and sometimes can't see your kills and that really irritates people and I'm posting this if it apply to other people too.

Decide if the players like it or not, they can still report anything they see.

I would prefer if there was a command, a scoreboard is fine. But there should be a command to rotate it. The Top PvPers show for awhile.
