Hi, I wonder why Visa Electron Doesn't Work! Someone Please Tell Me Why?! I Want Sponsor So Badly!:(

You should be able to use it as a normal visa, or link it to a paypal account.

If it doesn't accept it as a normal visa, you should maybe attempt linking it to a pay pal account so see if that works :)
