One Of My Team Members Cannot Get On The Server

My co owner, AWA_Fish claims he cannot join the server, or access the website, he has deleted the server and Minecraft and reinstalled everything and still nothing. He wanted to know what happened, if he somehow got banned or is it just an issue on his side?

He has tried everything, he can connect to Hypixel, its just this server. I don't know what happened, we literally get on every single day and the first time we don't get on it messes up.
