For new people, there can be a forum that welcomes all new players!

I dont really get this idea. Like, seriously. "For new people, there can be a a forum that welcomes all new players". You can join the forums anytime you like, regardless if you have a rank or not. Also, the tag on this should be "Forums", not "Hub".

Do you mean having a welcome center in the hub of the server for new players, or do you mean having a post to welcome new members on forums?
If you mean welcoming new players on the server, we have a book to guide players through HHG and welcome them.

And there is actually a fantastic guide to the forums and the server on that page called The Ultimate Guide.

However, I do like the idea of a welcome page or message when users join. That could be a nice addition
