Hub New Hub for HHGN

I know i know, this would be very hard and a long process but the current hub is pretty old and outdated. Some parts are lazily done and i understand that you shouldn't put all your power into making the whole hub amazing. I think having a new hub would show off the new builders because all the current hub builders left... And maybe the new hub will bring more people! (which hgg needs right now) And with the addition of Factions coming soon and hopefully the hub after it would attract a lot of players.

Well, I personally disagree on a whole new hub, but we could transform/make the current hub a bit better in areas. Possibly having custom trees would be nice.
