I agree there should be more staff, I know staff are trying to get on as much as possible and yes, you have a life too, but I think having a bit more staff on the server I think would help a lot because there would always be a staff on this way, you guys are on most times a day though.

yes, give me a break. there are plenty of users pending but it's not something overnight. I already emphasized my reasoning to the current staff, so please bare with us with his major player change. if you see someone breaking the rules pls ban.

That's the problem, why are you the only staff manager? There is other staff, couldn't they help you?

this wasn't focused on you in general it was just a statement had to talk about personal stuff not server stuff just needed a friend preferably, a staff member i have more staff friends than mc friends

Even thought it wasn't meant to Chris, he's the one working on promoting staff etc. He's the only one that read staff apps and he's the one to chose players and more. And trust me, we are aware, all of the staff, that we need more staff. If you know someone that would fit, tell them to apply!

Having more than one person making a decision that great makes more confusion and will take EVEN LONGER to choose appropriate players for staff.

Well at least things would get done faster, if there are more people there are more staff to decide to accept them or not. With one person being the staff member maybe things could get done faster, but there is a really big chance of more things getting done faster when maybe there could be 2 staff managers or 3, more things could get done that way.

please re-read, I emphasized give me a break due to the fact the amount of atrocious people who don't know when i'm doing my best. I have to finish a lot of school work due this & next month, and I still maintain keeping the network whole. staff is an issue, yes, guess what? i'm doing my best, there's X amount of applicants waiting (can't say the amount

no sweety. having more than 1 staff manager would result in waiting. I have read all applications in a matter of minutes. 300 applications in a maximum of an hour. and, for the interview part there can only be one asking the questions, not two. that would just confuse both the interviewer and the one being interviewed. please, before you try to correct me get accurate facts and look at everything I've done in a matter of months.

Guys i didn't mean to cause a fracas it was just a statement it wasn't meant for anyone in particular i was just saying it'd be nice to have people/staff to talk to and have a conversation with it was not intended to be taken this far out of proportion it was just a statement didn't want to cause this amount of drama and, i also agree there should be more people like the mods/admin doing the interviews not just Chris!
Chris truly does so much for the server and hardly anyone ever notices and the stuff he does do should be noticed more because all of the people who have helper/mod should be thankful you got picked out of 300-500 people so feel lucky and stop the arguing!

the thing that really baffles me is that people would like more staff managers, which I disagree on, completely. not just from my stand point, but in general. people don't really understand how much work a staff manager does, and in my opinion it's nothing. I do:

- Staff Interviews
- Staff Applications
- Staff Inquiries
- Monthly Staff Checkups
- Moderate the entire network, forums & staff chat(s)
- Fix minor bugs
- Handle the HHGN twitter
- Update happy-hg.com
- and much, much more
- Maintain a 3.8 gpa (which is irrelevant in my school year)
- Maintain all my assignments on the correct pace
- Maintain friendships
- I've taken so far 3 exams for my future school, I have 2 left
- and well, I do a lot more but I a not saying it for personal and privacy reasons.
