My rank won't show up, what happened?

Today I bought a Peacekeeper rank after having my Sponsor one for a while, although after buying the rank (Peacekeeper) it didn't show up and I'm still stuck with Sponsor? I can't enter Peacekeeper parkours or do anything, yet it says I donated on the HHG store?
