Just click on these links for screenshots on how to start a conversation
Step 1: http://prntscr.com/bp1o3r Go to your inbox at the top of your page. Hover over your inbox subtitle. See that 'Start a new conversation'? click on that.
Step 2: http://prntscr.com/bp1pan Once you've did that, there should be 'Participants:' You write in the box Zainos. So you've started a conversation with him.
