Skyblock Making new island permissions

Can you make it so that you can toggle wether or not your island members can trust other people and wether or not they can ban people from your island (As a island leader)

I will agree with the part where members on your island can't trust peole couse it's actually v annoying and you can just do /is and click on the head then the member you want to change permissions for and then there are the thing called change biome and that's the wether thingy
