Ok so I heard about I thing called "Kit Unlocker" in Kit PvP and I don't know how it works. Can someone explain what it does and how to use it?

I got 2 of them before, but I didnt even know I had them lel. My guess is that its a random drop

They are unlocked every time you reach a milestone. You receive them certain Kit PVP ranks. So, rank up!
