My wife and I fairly recently joined your server. Thinking about making this our permanent "base" since this is now our 12th Skyblock server and the first one we have seen where the challenges aren't broken. Problem is this is the only server that has continually lagged her and then disconnected her, each time resulting in the error in the thread heading. Now, this has happened to me once or twice but it's happening to her about every 30 minutes on the average. Can somebody please help?? As I said, this is our 12th server and the only one to ever do this. It has to be server side. Please help, we just want a server with working challenges. We've made it to rank 6 in a week, after all.

EDIT - Sorry, forgot the basics. My ingame name is ZcArCr0w, hers it g1gLe5. We discovered the bug our first day on, maybe about 8 days ago.

Hey folks, I'm the one being disconnected. Today is the worst it's been so far, in the last hour or so I've been kicked off 6+ times. We'd really love to keep building up our Skyblock but this experience is completely ruining the fun for me and it's incredibly frustrating. Any help or ideas anybody has that might help fix whatever the issue is would be greatly appreciated.

Some extra information:
When disconnected, it says either that the connection was timed out or (more often) reads "connection forcibly closed by remote host" or something along those lines; next time it does it I'll make sure I note down the exact wording and update this with it.

Ok, I'm not very keen on the topic. I will notify higher staff about it. Thank you for your patients on the matter.

It's a client side issue, a java error means that your client isn't compatible with the server. I recommend checking if you've added anything recently that could be causing this. Despite the fact it's only this server it's still a client side issue.

I'm sorry but the Sky Block Server is working perfectly fine, it may be your connection to the server the problem, which could cause these disconnects. Anyway, I'll investigate this more but first I need you to provide me more information about it: Please take a screenshot to the kick message you get when you are disconnected and are you being disconnected randomly or in certain time of the day/In Certain chunk of your island?
Thanks!

I've been kicked at random times and in random spots all over our island at all times of day and night. I didn't have any issues today for almost 2 1/2 hours before my fiance got on, but within 5 minutes of him getting on I was kicked and have been kicked at least once every half an hour to an hour since he's been on, which is why we were thinking it might have something to do with the server. Perhaps it's an IP address issue since we share internet and thus have the same Public IP address?

As for Hazzy's suggestion that it might be an issue with something I've recently downloaded, the only things I've downloaded in the last week were updates for Adobe and Java to use the most recent versions of each.

Here's a picture of the error screen (it wouldn't let me take a screenshot so I uploaded the picture):

I'm sorry but that's definitely a client problem. Maybe it's your Internet or you are just having a bad connection to the Server?

When I would play skyblock on a regular basis, sometimes I would get kicked off too. It crashed my internet more than other servers for some reason.

It was my internet problem, not the server's. I have had to turn down the graphics settings and such to save my wifi for the most part.

I don't know if that may help or not, but just though I might throw it out there :)
