Fixed im not able to go into vip world!

so I was looking at my perks in the store it said I could go into vip world! so I raged a little because I had no idea and hadn't tried, so I went to the portal and I couldn't go in! and if u don't believe members are allowed in vip world go look in the store and look at the perks... and also how long have members been allowed to go to the vip world?

Where is this bug Located / In wich section? IE: Hunger Games, Arena 3: its in factions
