open the place where you edit your signature,
click the "IMG" thingy, paste the http://i.imgur.com/jIebLCI.jpg inbetween the [img.] [/img.] thing

How do you put an image on a URL? I want to add a image to my signature.

there might be other ways but the way i did it was I converted the photo into a link by using http://imgur.com/
then just use the steps i told obsidianwolf.

I use Paint ^_^
I also use Paint.NET sometimes

I use photoshop CS6 which isnt free, but its a lot better (I got the trial)
but Paint.net also gets the job done.
