I Try To Join And It Says "[proxy] Lost Connection To Server"

I need help, So I go to get on the server like I always do and i instantly loose connection then a screen coming up saying "[Proxy] Lost connection to server". Did I do something..? I just want to play :/

Make sure you are using the latest Minecraft version (In this case 1.8.3) and try to log in again
