I Don't Have World Edit

i got mocking jay a few days ago but i don't have world edit. How do i put it on or do i have to get it?

^^^ I showed her in-game but she either can't quite grasp it (Nothing offensive meant by that) or she dosent have WE. I'm gonna make a tutorial vid for WE soon so keep an eye out for that aimee.
