I cant use any commands in skyblock

Hi, I wanted to start again with my friend on skyblock, but I couldnt use any commands, I couldnt leave the party I was already in, I couldnt create my on island or anything. It keeps saying 'An internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command. Is there something wrong with my minecraft?

The commands worked for my friends and he used the same ones as I used
