How Long Do Ban Appeals Take Until They Are Viewed?

So I was banned for a reason out with my control and posted a ban appeal. It's been a day now and still no views just wondering if this is normal or not?

You have to be patient. Staff will get around to viewing it.

There are a lot of ban appeals and not a lot of staff to handle it. Just sit tight your not the only one waiting. And yes it is normal.
