How Do I Pay With A Credit Card?

So when I go to purchase a rank, it is selected to charge to paypal. ST0RMSH0CK Told me I can pay with a credit card. When I try to unselect paypal it does not work. So how do I pay with a credit card?

You go through paypal, but select the "pay with credit card option" in the paypal area
