Fixed Hit man Glitch

When I want to use a kit like Tracker Pyro
Merchant, I cannot because I have to pay for default... Apparently... And I am a MOCKINGJAY. Please fix this?

Very sorry, I just realised its only hitman4
I didn't think at the time it was only one server.
