Fixed Head Glitch

I was playing on creative about a week ago when I placed a player head in my inventory whenever I tryed to move it it would deuplecate itself! I thought it was my desktop at first, so I switched to my laptop but the problem consisted. I asked a few people if they had this glitch and they all had it. If you could fix this I would appreciate it. Thanks.

This is true. I wrote a huge book about notes on my parkour and a head duplicated on top of it and I lost the book...
