Small important paragraph thing:

I think the thing that sets me apart from the other staff is that I'm the most real, or unafraid to speak up about something. I never squash controversial discussion or debates unless they get too heated and uncivil, because I believe that an unrestrained chat is a healthy chat. I often get bored when moderating so I like to have fun with people by making fun of misphrases while giving my crude opinion on things and invoking thought behind facts. Because of this a lot of people see me as a "bully" or a "jerk" (I like to think I'm the leafy of HHG) even though I almost never have malicious intent. I've gotten used to the "you shouldn't be staff I hope you get demoted" and the "how did you even get staff you're literally the worst" from the users in the community who aren't very layered. And I usually try to get people to understand that the internet is a grand place but not a safe space by any means. So why am I typing this? No idea. But there's definitely a point in there that I made that hopefully some of you will understand about me

Spamming, of any type, is not allowed. What we consider as spam is:

• Repeating similar messages multiple times (even if it’s slightly modified every time)
• Sending more than 3 messages in a 3 seconds period
• Sending garbage messages/Character Spam (Ex: ttttttttttttt; !!!!!!!!!!; sdasdhasdkajshd)
• Abusing CAPS, this means that you can’t use caps for more than 30% of your message
• We considering encouraging spam as sending messages encouraging people to spam the chat (Ex: “Say 123 if you are playing Minecraft”).
